Landscape visuals and sounds
Last Friday evening we visited the art event panoramica in the Espacio Fundación Telefónica (Arenales 1540). On two levels, young artists presented visuals that partly consisted of animated drawings of animals, volcanos, ships and the like with a nice sense of humor. In the spacios loft-style room upstairs the videos were presented in panoramic view (created by projections of 3 beamers in a row). The visuals were accompanied by enthusiastic, if not acrobatic turntableism of the finest. The place was attended by a young, inspiring crowd, only the serious doormen gave the event a slightly formal touch. Surprisingly, this event ended already at about midnight, which is usually not even the time when people start dancing in Buenos Aires.
